Viree entre filles a Shanghai
One day in Shanghai between girls
As I needed to go to the consulate in Shanghai about some papers, and as my friend Wei was to go to the consulate that same day to pick her visa to France, we then decided to meet there and spend our day in Shanghai, at the HongQiao fake market, and I brought Claire with me.
The miss was a bit grumpy in a first time- the time at the consulate was of course not the funniest one of the day, but I really had to go there and it was quite quick- but when we finally arrived at the market…she changed her mood.
The hardest thing there was to have her understand that she had to let me negociate…she too much wanted a few things, and it was much too obvious…
Then there I was made a really great compliment, translated by Wei -my Chinese is still too limited to understand - : I am supposed to be tougher than Chinese people when negociating.
To be a compliment, this is quite a compliment!
